Allocating to an existing Test ID adds to its previous count; it does not replace it. Allocate only fictional test work.

Emergency Paper Transfer

Only unsubmitted papers not already entered in a saved draft may be transferred. Submitted marks stay locked. Transfers are recorded and cannot cross Test IDs or classes.

Step 1: Add entries and click Save All Marks. Step 2: Tick Rechecked for every saved entry, then click Confirm New Marks. Step 3: Submit only after 100% of allocated papers are entered and confirmed. Existing submitted batches remain separate.

Test data only. Saved and rechecked drafts are securely stored in the development database. Unsaved typing remains on this device. The 5-digit index is converted to a nine-digit database index using the selected year.
